DIXON. Michael William. Funeral, July 28th, 2008. Mick's family would like to thank the many people who have shown so much kindness following his death. We were very moved by the number of friends and relatives who attended his funeral service, grateful thanks for the donations received for the Macmillan Cancer Trust.
